Recently I gave a talk to (mostly) women at the Master of Digital Media program about a topic we can all relate to: the daunting and stressful dance of job applying and interviewing. Now amp the stress up by some of the issues and concerns that women commonly face…yeah, there’s a lot to be said. I was lucky–my dad took great pains to drum into my head a few things, including the right to an equitable salary.
